It’s the first novel of the Summit Murder Mystery series. “Murder on Everest is the flagship of our new series,” said publisher and co-author Charles G. Irion. Irion was inspired to pen this series of murder mysteries set atop each of the highest mountain on the world’s seven continents after reflecting on what could easily have happened on his own 1987 Everest expedition. “Everest, to name just a single mountain, is one of the deadliest places on earth. Murder there would be very, very easy, and in most cases, impossible to detect.” Joined by co-author, Ronald J. Watkins, the first three of the Summit Murder Mystery books are completed. “We anticipate releasing a fresh, exciting novel every six months,” Irion said.
